How does Pool Store click and collect work?
Pool Store click and collect allows you to order swimming pool products online, choose the Pick Up delivery method at checkout, and collect your parcel from a Benoni collection point once your WhatsApp confirmation has been sent. The message will include your unique QR code or barcode for collection.

When can I collect my order?
Click and collect orders are usually available within 2 hours after your online order has been placed and confirmed. You will receive a WhatsApp message when your order has been packed and is ready for collection. Please do not visit the collection point before receiving this message.
No collections are available on Sundays or public holidays.
Saturday Collection Cut Off Time
Orders required for Saturday collection must be placed before 10am on Friday. This allows enough time for your order to be processed, packed, and sent from the warehouse to the selected Benoni collection point. Orders placed after the Friday 10am cut off may only be available for collection the following working day.
